You Are Not Your Mind
Let’s get this clear. Your mind does not control you. Your emotions do not control you. Your thoughts do not control you. Only you can control you. I find it absolutely astonishing that so many people have become trapped by their thoughts. It almost sounds like I’m crazy doesn’t it. Like what is this guy talking about. He’s full of rubbish. Well guess what, if you were thinking any of those thoughts just now, you were being controlled by your mind. You were being it’s slave for the moment being without even realizing it. This leads me to a very important question that I want you to think about without thinking about it. Have you found the off button yet? Can you turn your mind off whenever you want? Or does it seem like its always on, keeping you awake at night? This concept that I am about to share with you is extremely advanced. Most people in this world cannot even fathom it, they cannot grasp hold of its true meaning. Yet, I think that everyone has the ability to understand this if they truly want to.
Here it is again. You Are Not Your Mind. You are You. Your mind does not make you who you are, neither do your thoughts. You make You. Your actions make You. Your character makes You. And Your personality makes You. These are the most defining elements of a human being that we are talking about right here. They are what make us unique. They are what make us individuals. They are what make us human beings.
So if we are slaves to our minds, how do we break free from this unconscious enslavement?
The answer to this once again lies within you. And it’s really quite simple. All you have to do is observe what I’m going to refer to as “The Thinker” that is within you. In other words what you would know as your mind or your thoughts. When you are able to stop and observe what you are thinking about you suddenly are not able to think of it anymore. That is because you have become one with the mind. You have become present in The Now. Not being able to stop thinking is an absolutely dire affliction. But we over look it because most everybody does it so it appears to be “normal”. But it is far from that. It is actually a disease of the mind. That’s right, thinking has become a disease. When things get out of balance, the body’s immune system weakens and sickness and disease set in. So if you have an imbalance in your thinking then naturally you body and mind both become weak, vulnerable if you will.
I don’t agree. In fact, I think you’re crazy. I am able to use my mind to get things done and accomplished every single day.
You see, the mind is like a dog chewing on its bone, it likes to sink it into things. That’s why your mind will find it amusing to do math problems or build rocket ships. You, yourself, actually have no interest in either of them. Just ask yourself this; Have you found the off button yet? Can you stop thinking whenever you want to? Or is that proving to be pretty difficult? Either way the mind is using you. And subconsciously using you at that. It’s almost as if you have been possessed by an entity outside of yourself without even knowing it. But freedom will come. It will come when you begin to realize that you and your mind are two separate entities. One of them is your mind and the other one if You. The moment you start observing ‘The Thinker’ things will start to change. You will begin to realize that thought is such a small aspect of existence. That thought is only the beginning of intelligence as we know it. The is something so much more vast out there. And you will realize that all things gorgeous and wonderful arise from beyond the mind. You will begin to awaken.
Take away form this what you will. But know this, only through control of your mind, thoughts and emotions will you ever reach where ever it is that you want to be in life. You need to learn more. And I want to be your guide who gets you there. Watch this video below and then follow the link at the end in order for you to gain real training.
