I am surprised that you say it is ok to post great content 3 to 4 times a day.
I was reluctant to post the same post more than once, ever.
So I could post it a couple of times a week and that would be OK?

		<description>Well the ultimate goal would be to get other people to promote it for you. Like you did on Twitter. (which was awesome btw) But here is another rule of thumb I like to follow. Its called the 90/10 rule. Meaning that 9 out of 10 pieces of content does nothing but give serious value to your readers, or Tweople. Then the other post is used to promote your stuff. Whatever you want. Just make sure you still give value while you promote.

		<description>Great pointers.  What do you think the correct ratio is for promoting your own posts... vs. other good content and interesting things that have nothing to do with your own site?  I was thinking something like a 20:1 ratio, but like you said no more than 3-4 times a day.</description>
