3 Traffic Building Secrets to Google Domination

One of the most popular methods of traffic generation is ironically one of the hardest to master mainly because there are so many different variable involved Business Graph that can sway your results. That is traffic building or more commonly known as SEO. (search engine optimization)

The reason it is so hard to master is because there is such thick competition that pulling your way to the top of Google now takes some very specific know how as well as some long term persistence. But if you got both of those, you can do it with any keyword. It will just take some serious time and effort on your part.

With that said, the tips I am about to provide you will aid you in your traffic building.

Tip #1 Backlinks, Backlinks, & More Backlinks

- Google will never reveal their actual indexing algorithm but it is a proven fact that backlinks will always increase your sites ranking in Google, thus building more traffic. A backlink is simply just a link from one site to another. For example, lets say I was trying to promote my blog, MatthewNeer.com. If I wanted to create a backlink I would simple go to another site like HubPages.com, write an article and then provide a link to my site within that article. That will be considered one backlink.

Tip #2 Comment On Posts With Comments

- Okay, basic rule of thumb here is any forum, blog, or post with lots of comments means that it gets lots of traffic. That means if you post an interesting comment with a ‘backlink’ to your site in it then, not only will your ranking increase, but you will build a good reputation for yourself.

Tip #3 Social Media

- And by far the most powerful technique of all is Social Media. Sites like YouTube, Twitter, & Facebook have become the norm these days. With billions, upon billions of people on them every single day it is impossible to not generate traffic off them. But, it still must be done with good taste. You must always provide value and always practice attraction. Post links when it’s appropriate, don’t when it’s not. Use your good judgment and you will go far.

Remember, traffic building is very powerful and when you get it down right and effectively dominate the top pages of Google you will seriously see a FLOOD of new traffic pouring into your sites like wildfire. Just remember to be real, stay authentic, and provide the best value possible.

I learned about this site from Katie's webinar. This is a good article but most sites, like blogs, where you can leave a message have a code put in the link saying rel="nofollow". That means that that link will not be counted and it will not help your ranking with search engines. I bet even this site has that. Only if if it does not, will I leave another post saying that it does not have this code that tells search engines to ignore this link.
