Network Marketing – How to Approach People And Sign Them Up In Your Network Marketing Business

Network Marketing is by far on the most challenging industries to be in for a few reasons. The failure rate is extremely high, people sign up then drop out the next day, or they just hang around and do nothing. Within this article you are going to learn 3 main strategies you can use to put an end to your Network Marketing failure.

It is insane to think that everyone in the world should be a rep into your business. Let’s paint a vivid picture for a moment here. Pretend that you are the CEO of a multi-billion dollar company (which in most cases you are when you work for a network marketing company) and you are about to interview new people for a highly qualified position.

Are you going to go get the bum off the street? The shy guy in the corner of the room? That girl who never speaks up? Or are you going to interview the person who has a background in sales, highly motivated, driven, and wants to make a million dollars within his or her lifetime?

I think that’s a no brainer. You are going to choose the person who is money hungry. Well it’s quite the opposite in most Network Marketing companies. People tend to choose any one they can find who will sign up in their business.

That is mistake number one.

Mistake number two is when how you approach your prospects. Most Network Marketing reps will not only approach potential prospects with a super LACK of enthusiasm but they will also let themselves get put down by their prospect. Allow them to say their business is a scam, that they are going to fail and yada yada.

How is your prospect ever going to sign up when you can’t even position yourself in a place of authority? Truth is, they won’t. If you don’t assert yourself and show them how excited you are (and I don’t mean super pitch excited) then why would they get excited too?

That is mistake number two.

Mistake number three is when Network Marketing reps actually do sign up a new rep, they just expect them to know how to run their business on their own with absolutely no training what so ever. They pretty much just take the commission and run.network-marketing

It is KEY to show new Network Marketing reps the ropes. Teach them what you know so that they can duplicate your efforts. Because as you well know, if your efforts cannot be duplicated then your business isn’t going anywhere either.
