iJango Review – Is iJango A Legit Business?

Click Here To Get 8 Free Videos That Will Show You The Secrets To Building A 7 Figure Business Online.

This iJango has been written to give you the best possible information about the iJango network marketing company so that you can make an educated business decision before joining.

The main reason for people dropping out of iJango and other multilevel companies is because they don’t do any thorough research on the company and join simply because of the hype. This is one of the number one warning signs to watch out for.

Normally when a company has a ton of hype around it it is because they company itself isn’t as good as it claims to be and has to “hype” things up to get people to join. Watch out for that.

iJango Review – Is This Company Legit?

iJango is taking a new angle on how money can be made on the Internet. They claim that you can start getting paid to use the same services you already do online simply by going through the iJango online portal.

The iJango portal is similar to how iGoogle functions, meaning that you can customize your homepage and put your favorite sites in their like Facebook, eBay, your news feeds, etc just like iGoogle except by using iJango’s portal they claim you will get paid to use those sites.

At first glance this idea seems revolutionary. It seems like it is going to change the way people use the web. And, you know, it very well could once the technology is perfected and more people catch on to what iJango is doing.

iJango – How Do I Get Paid?

One thing that should scare you about multilevel companies is a clear cut comp plan that outlines EXACTLY how you get paid and makes it easy to understand. Well this was most certainly not the case when researching iJango. In fact, it was so difficult to figure out precisely where the money was coming from that it is still not clear.

It seems that as you add more and more sites to your portal you get paid every time you or somebody in your down line clicks on a site through the iJango portal. Of course you’re not going to make a high ticket commission on something like this, it’s more like a few cents to the click but the idea is that over time this money will add up as your business grows.

Eventually the clicks will get so massive that you will be making thousands per day in residual income with iJango.

However there has been a TON of hype around this company and it is still not clear as to exactly where the money is coming from. Now that doesn’t mean iJango is a scam but it definitely means that you better do some intense research before you decide on joining.

iJango – How Do I Build A HUGE Business?

iJango is a great money making opportunity if you know what you are doing. If you know how to work the business and generate leads then you are going to have no problem building a down line into the thousands.

But if you don’t then you’re going to get stuck dead in your tracks and end up quitting before you even get started. It is reasons like this that make multilevel companies seems like scams because 75 to 80% of everyone who joins one ends up quitting within their first year in business.

What people don’t understand is how to leverage technology like the Internet to create leads literally on demand and turn those leads into hot prospects ready to sign up into your iJango business.

Imagine the power of being able to generate just 5-10 new laser targeted leads or more every single day from the Internet.

How many people would you be able to put into your business that way?

How To Add A Skype Button To Your WordPress Blog

Have you ever seen one of those cool “Connect With Me” Widgets on other people’s WordPress blogs and wondered how you could get one set up yourself? Or better yet, have you ever wondered if it was possible to add someone directly to your Skype contacts from your sidebar Widget?

Well that is EXACTLY what you are going to learn how to do today my friend. I am going to walk you through the whole process right now.

Let’s kick things off with a video tutorial to get you up to speed on how this works.

YouTube Preview Image

This is the exact code I used to create the skype button on my blog. Simple just copy and paste this code into your Text HTML sidebar Widget.

Everything you need to change has been highlighted in red. The first red text is where you need to delete my Skype user name and add yours. The second is where you add the custom URL of your Skype icon. Or if you’d like to use mine you can probably just leave it as it is. However, I would highly recommend download the icon off my blog and re-uploading it to your WordPress blog.

<a href=”skype:MatthewNeer?add” onclick=”return skypeCheck();“><img src=”http://matthewneer.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/skype-icon.png” height=”100″ width=”100″ ></a>

This is the JavaScript code you need to place at the bottom your your header.php file found in your blog theme’s wp-content folder. Make sure you pop this code in at the end of the page, after all PHP tags. Otherwise it will not work.

<script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://download.skype.com/share/skypebuttons/js/skypeCheck.js”></script>

Why Hitler Thinks The Apple iPad Under Delivers

Posted by MatthewNeer on Jan 29, 2010 in Featured Articles, Technology | 2 comments

This is not going to be some review of how great the Apple iPad is, while I love Apple and their products I believe they cut us short on this release. Of course I’m going to cover the facts and features of the iPad but I’m also going to look at why I think Apple under delivered.

YouTube Preview Image

January 28th Apple Launch The Infamous iPad.

They unveiled the sexy lookin’ thing and people were speechless at how great it look. It was thin and light weight, delivered 10+ hours of battery life and even had a special A4 chip Apple designed specifically for the iPad.

Now you can browse the web beautifully on a magnificent 10″ inch screen that really does the Internet some justice. You can browse with Safari in full multi-touch and really be able to read stuff compared to how small the iPhone screen is.

One of the most impressive features the iPad brings to life is the full qwerty on screen keyboard. It’s basically a giant iPhone keyboard but with the ability to type with two hands. This makes it a powerful new tool when doing mobile computing.

Photos on the iPad look absolutely stunning and the multi-touch functionality really comes out here. You are now able to pinch the photos open and peak instead to see if what you looking for is in there. You can also scale, rotate, and zoom like always.

Video on the iPad is stunning with HD video support you can play movies right there on your iPad from the comfort of your lap. YouTube is also integrated into the iPad making is a seamless video playback machine except for one MAJOR flaw, Flash video. Still can’t do it.

Music functions just the same way on the iPad like it would on the iPod touch or iPhone. You just upload your music through iTunes and drag and drop it onto the device. iTunes integrates nicely as well with the iPad letting you buy your favorite TV shows, movies, and other media.

The App Store has a little bit of a new twist with the iPad. First off, all the previous apps will work on the iPad including games. (which makes for an awesome experience) Now there will be apps specifically designed for the iPad which make full use of it’s larger screen size and multi touch features.

Apple has even added a new addition to the App Store called the iBook store. This is similar to Amazon’s Kindle store where you can buy, download, and read except that Apple’s version has a digital bookshelf. (I dunno how you compete with that)

Native Apps like Notes, Contacts, and Calendar have all been completely redesigned to accommodate the iPads larger screen and more touch sensitive functionality.

Why Apple Under Delivered

Honestly, Apple could have done WAY better here. And I think they already have and they are only releasing it to use in bit size morsels in order for them to make the biggest amount of profit possible. I believe it’s that way with all technology these days, if you look at Japan they will literally laugh at where we are in the technology game. There are about 3-5 years ahead of the curve in the USA, iPhones and tablets are almost boring over there.

But that’s not why Apple under delivered. They under delivered because the iPad is basically just a giant iPod Touch. There I said it. A giant iPod Touch.

Who the fuck wants that? (I know I don’t)

I was expecting OSX. I was expecting a full functioning computer. I was looking for a MacBook Pro without the keyboard. But it just doesn’t compare to that. Apple is still making it like a “play” device. I want something that I can get some serious work done on. I want something that I can walk into a presentation with that will do the whole show and wow everyone.

I thought the iPad was going to be just that. But upon closer inspection, it just doesn’t come close.

We are still lacking Flash support. That means the web still isn’t full accessible through the device. Google and the Nexus One did it. It’s got Flash support among many other outstanding features that I would have liked to see in the Apple iPad.

Yet another major defect is that lack of a camera. We are in the 21st century guys, come on! I would have thought a camera would have been the least to ask, but it still doesn’t have one. Now I can give a little forgiveness on this one because of it’s size it might be a little awkward when trying to take a picture. But I mean, it’s Apple. I know they could have found a super creative way to incorporate a camera.

But the biggest let down of them all is this one. Multi-tasking. The iPad won’t be able to multi-task, meaning it won’t be able to run more than one app at a time. Now if you browsing the web and you see something you want to copy and paste from a website into your notes of possibly into an email, you will have to close the app, open the new one, do what ya gotta do, close that one, and get back to the web. What a waste of time?!

And to put the icing on the cake, it can’t even make phone calls…

For all of this they are asking $499

Come on Apple, step your game up. You can do better than this.

I mean, even Hitler doesn’t like it. See what he has to say, watch this video.

I hope you enjoyed this post, I know that video made you laugh. I just about fell out of my chair!

How To Live From Passion

Posted by MatthewNeer on Jan 28, 2010 in Featured Articles, Skateboarding | 5 comments

With the coming of the Internet Age more and more people are logging in online and searching for ways to make money. There have already been thousands that have cashed in on the Internet and hundreds more are creating success stories every single day.

But just like there are many successes there are also many failures. Often when someone new to Internet Marketing comes online trying to figure out how to make money online they tend to copy exactly what someone else is doing and duplicate it to the max. What happens when you do this is you become part of the sheep heard. You blend in. You look just like everyone else trying to “make it” online.

That is the opposite of what you need to be doing. You need to be the black sheep.

What Is The Black Sheep?

The Black Sheep stands out from the crowd. The Black Sheep is the first one to do something remarkable. The Black Sheep is the innovator, the catalyst, the leader, the entrepreneur, and the alpha.

Let me give you a literal example of a Black Sheep.

Meet David Walker, he’s a skateboarding fanatic (much life myself) and has been breakin’ bone for 20+ years now. It takes hard work and determination to keep at anything that long. That’s called dedication, and skateboarding is definitely one of the best teachers in the field.

While doing a massive frontside air might look super easy in a picture and might actually be really easy for David Walker to do in real life, now. But I can assure you that learning this trick was NOT easy. And in order to execute it this clean time and time again you have to eat shit over and over until you overcome your fear of falling. Then and only then will you be able to land it perfectly every time.

I can speak from personal experience when it comes to perseverance and skateboarding. I have been skateboarding for almost 9 years now and through my time on the board I have overcome many injuries, mainly ankles. I’ve injured my right ankle 13 times now, whether it has been a fracture, torn ligament or sprain I have had to let it heal and get back on my board every time.

Check out David hitting a SICK blunt to fakie!

Then watch him hitting this fresh tranny run…

Quitters Are Quitters

What if I quit along the way? What if I just stopped skateboarding all together because of an injury?

I look at it like this. Then what the heck did I even start for in the first place?

If you’re going to start something. FINISH IT! That’s it. All there is to it.

Because if you quit, everything you’ve worked for this far, all the progress you’ve made was ALL FOR NOTHING.

But you know what, I grew up skateboarding with all my closest friends on my block. And we were all REALLY good at it. Yet one by one I watched every last one of them drop off and quit. Some quit for injuries, some for girls, some for drugs, and some for work or other foolish reasons. Leaving me as the last one standing because I ALWAYS get back up, they didn’t.

That’s why David Walker and I connected so well because he’s not just a skateboarder but a Internet Marketing and MLM professional. (and here I am thinking I’m the only one)

Much of the determination and consistency skills I’ve learned from skateboarding David has too and has applied them directly into his business. From a young age David had the entrepreneurial spark ignited within him. At the young age of 23 he was running his own dry cleaning business, even though he didn’t know a darn thing about the business when he first started he learned quickly and was soon earning close to 6 figures in his early 20′s.

But due to a family tragedy David was forced to close up shop and move out to Florida with his wife where the sun is shinning and the skate scene of off the hook.

The Transformation

However, that was a pivotal point in his life. It caused him to do a TON of soul searching (and a little bit of skateboarding) to find out who he really was and what he truly wanted out of life. It was at the point that he realized it would be the home based business industry that would lead him out of the rat race once and for all. Despite what everyone said, he knew deep down that this was it.

The hardships didn’t stop there. David Walker’s upline liked to do this the old school way. Meaning harassing friends and family members, living by the three foot rule, and cold calling leads. David always knew these methods didn’t work but used them because that was all he knew.

That’s until he figured out how to leverage the power of the Internet to generate and endless amount of leads for his business by attracting people to him instead of trying to chase them down. Now he was using real business building principles that he could record and tweak down to a science.

Now David has acquired financial freedom and enjoys the luxuries of working from home having finally achieved the results he had been looking for all along.

If you want to learn more about David Walker and how you can get a piece of his $10,000 per month secret knowledge, CLICK HERE!

Living From Your Place Of Passion

All of this was possible for David Walker because he chose to live from his place of passion in life. He chose to be The Black Sheep and stand out from the crowd even though many said he would never make it.

And you can chose to live from your passion just the same.

All you have to do is start asking yourself WHY. But don’t settle for some measly surface answer. Dig deep for an answer that brings you fulfillment and joy in life. Internet Marketing, MLM, and Networking may not be your true loves in life but they may be the financial vehicles that will give you the freedom to pursue your true dreams, whatever they may be.

Just know that when you live from your place of passion that anything is possible. Life is to short to have ANY regrets. Go out there and make it happen for yourself right now. You can change you life at any moment in time if you believe that you can. But either way you’re probably right…

Is Twitter Striking An Advertisement Gold Mine With Local Trending Topics?

Posted by MatthewNeer on Jan 27, 2010 in Featured Articles | 16 comments

Hey what’s up,

How are you doing this beautiful day?

If you’ve been using Twitter recently maybe you’ve been wondering what the Local Trending Topics is all about? You’ll now see that Twitter lets you sort your trending topics by location. You can sort them by country or city. When you update your trending topic by changing the location you will immediately see it update in the sidebar of your Twitter page.

Twitter has a launched this new feature in hopes to let its users know what’s going on around them. Can you even imagine the power of this. Let’s say you wanted to catch the sold out basketball game going on downtown in your local town and you couldn’t find tickets anywhere. All you would have to do is log onto Twitter, use the appropriate hash tag and send a tweet. More than likely you will get a response back telling you how much.

Check out this screen shot to see what this new feature looks like. It will show you what the local trending topics will look like on your homepage.

Now this isn’t the only reason behind why Twitter would do something like this. Not only would it directly connect everyone in their local areas but take this into consideration.

Twitter’s Potential Gold Mine

By creating local trending topics Twitter could make a deal with advertisement companies to sell targeted advertisements based on the current trending topics in your local area. How powerful is that?

Let’s take a look at another practical scenario on how this could work.

For the sake of this example let’s say that you live in LA and you are trying to go see the sold out Lakers basketball game downtown. You already sent a Tweet out to see if anyone had tickets for sale and didn’t get a great response. Then you log into your Twitter account and see the trending topic #LakersTicketsCheap you click on it and you see a bunch of tweets with links to some kind of ticket master site with discount tickets to the game.

But what you don’t notice is that down on the corner somewhere or possibly in the footer of that website you just bought your discounted Lakers tickets at it says “Tickets Sponsored By Twitter”.

Guess what that means?!

It means Twitter has effectively come up with one of the greatest worldwide advertising mediums in history. Because I can guarantee you Twitter would be getting a cut of those ticket sales, and if not that you can bet they charged a shitload for that advertising space. I can also guarantee that in a scenario similar to that one you seeing #LakersTicketsCheap was not an “accident”. But instead Twitter put it there on purpose because they knew you would click on it.

Can you imagine how much dough Twitter is going to rake in using this same technique all around the world in ALL the local markets where events like this happen almost on a daily basis?

I want to know what you think? Is this really Twitter’s master plan behind Local Trending Topics or do you think they have another alternative motive for doing this? Leave your thoughts in the form of a comment and share this post.

Speak soon,
Matthew Neer

Google Voice Avoids Apple’s Blockade With HTML5

Posted by MatthewNeer on Jan 26, 2010 in Featured Articles, Technology | 0 comments

Google Voice Bypasses Apple’s Blockade

If you’ve been an iPhone user for awhile now you probably remember the Google Voice app that surfaced in Apples App store for a brief period of time only to get blocked by Apple very quickly. As you could imagine, Google did not take very kindly to this gesture.

And now they have released Google Voice as a web based application leveraging HTML5 and can be accessed by the iPhone’s Safari browser. Simply go to http://google.com/voice. Currently Google is only accepting invitations only, but the app will soon be open to the public and you can always request an invite as well.

Google Voice works on iPhone 3.0 OS and higher, let’s users send and receive text messages for free, and uses the Google Voice number as a outbound caller ID so you can receive return calls straight to your iPhone. You can even call international at Google Voice discounted rates.

The app has an AppCache feature that lets users interact with the Internet without a network connection. You can even store data locally on your device and add shortcuts to the home screen of the dialer, inbox, and contacts for a more ‘app like’ feel.

Google Voice offers a more app like experience with speeds matching those of a native app on the iPhone. But there still is a big difference between a real iPhone app and a web based application. For example, you won’t have access to certain components of the iPhone like your contacts, therefore you would have to create a second duplicate version for use on the web.

But on the other hand, this means that you are not tied to your device. You could make calls from anyone’s phone with an Internet connection if you iPhone got misplaced somehow.

Are Apps A Thing Of The Past?

Now that Google Voice has bypassed Apples blockade of their application is this starting a new trend?

iPhone apps have only been around for a short amount of time. (about 1 1/2 years) and they have created all the rage in the marketplace. They have even inspired other mobile device companies to develop apps like Blackberry and Android. But with the coming of HTML5, and coding language that aims to reduce the needs of plugins like Adobe Flash, Microsoft, Sunlight, and Sun Java we may be seeing a massive decline in native iPhone apps and be moving in the direction of web based applications.

With HTML5 you can now build a single application with HTML and Javascript and have it work across virtually all mobile operating systems without having to code it specifically to each device’s custom firmware.

However, it’s still important to point out that desktop computers went through this phase a few years ago. While many applications like Aviary may be exceptionally cool and work great they still don’t come anywhere close to comparing with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or Final Cut Pro which are software apps.

My prediction is that you will see mobile devices move in the same direction. Keeping apps that do powerful tasks, similar to Photoshop and Final Cut Pro native to the iPhone where as simpler things like Google Voice will become all web based applications.

AT&T Is Getting Scared Stiff

Google Voice may be a beautiful app for iPhone users but it’s going to cause AT&T some major problems in the near future as well as any other phone company who relies on customers to purchase a calling plan from them month to month. That form of business is coming to an end and AT&T just needs to accept it.

You see, with Google Voice iPhone users will never have to pay for anything other than a data plan ever again. They can simply make calls for free over the Internet. This type of technology has existed for many years now and has been vigorously fought against by all the major phone companies like AT&T because they know it’s going to cut their business in half.

Then they won’t be able to pay their CEO’s 7 figure salaries anymore. What a shame…

I’m still not sure what to expect from AT&T though, because if they attack this app then it’s going to be obvious they are scared and will make them out to be the bad guys instead of Apple banning the app in the first place.

It’s your move AT&T, what are you gonna do?

MLM Lead System Pro Review

Posted by MatthewNeer on Jan 25, 2010 in Featured Articles, MLM, MLM Lead System Pro, Systems | 1 comment

Is The Mlm Lead System Pro Any Good?

If you have come across this article then I already know two things about you.

First, you are doing your research on Mlm Lead System Pro which is a great thing because it shows that you are educated enough to think things through.

Second, I know you need more leads for your business simply because you are searching for the key word “Mlm Lead System Pro” that you typed into Google, Yahoo, or MSN. This is also a great thing because it shows me that you are looking to increase your value to the world. And more specifically, the online marketing world.

Before we go any further I want you to know that the information that is going to be provided here on this page will fill you in entirely about Mlm Lead System Pro and hopefully by the end of reading this whole article you will be able to make an educated decision of whether the Mlm Lead System Pro is a match for you.

The Benefits In Mlm Lead System Pro

Lets first analyze the good stuff.

Right off the bat I noticed a few excellent things about Mlm Lead System Pro.

• Personal Branding
• Customizable Sales Funnels
• Personalized List Building

Now if you are familiar with online marketing or affiliate marketing in general I think that you will agree that these are some of the most fundamental elements to creating wealth for yourself online. And these few things are a huge difference from many of the other automated systems out there.

The Cons Of Mlm Lead System Pro

These are just a few of the things I didn’t like about the Mlm Lead System Pro that jumped out at me.

For starters, I thought the capture pages layout wasn’t all that it could be. It appeared to have a few minor glitches, which is not a bad thing as long as they are taken care of in a timely manner. The next thing I noticed was that the sales page was fairly well written but I feel like it could have been better. There wasn’t as much emotion stimulating copy in there as I would have liked to seen.

I didn’t have my eyes locked to the screen like I have had happen to me when reading other sales pages. I don’t know about you, but that right there sure threw up a red flag in my mind. I mean if you don’t have an exceptionally well crafted sales page, how can you convert your leads into prospects?

I don’t know the exact conversion rates of the sales page or the system but if it ins’t between 15% to 20% I wouldn’t consider wasting your time with it because I have seen other systems that DO convert at 20% plus.

What Is Possible With A Cutting Edge System?

When you take into account everything that you know about marketing and advertising online, you would want the best system for your buck, wouldn’t you? Marketing on the internet is residual income at its absolute greatest. No where else can you find the ability to create content, plaster it all over the web, and see results from that content for the rest of time. That is what the power of the Internet is giving you. All you have to do is figure out how you are going to leverage it so that you don’t have to work another day in your life ever again.

I mean how wonderful would it be to wake up to brand new hot leads in your email account every single day? This is the luxury I have been having lately and I want to show you how you can create this for yourself and how it will take your business to the next level.

What You Need To Do Next

If you truly want to create financial freedom for yourself then you need to start taking action in that direction. And just reading this article alone is setting you on the right path.

There is something I want to share with you before I go for the evening. It has to do with what a true entrepreneur really is and how you need to do everything in your power to become that person. You see, a true entrepreneur is a solution seeker. When they are confronted with a major problem or obsticle they don’t simply give up and say better luck next time. Hell No! They do everything they possibly can to overcome that obstacle and emerge successful on the other side of the mountain. If you stop, or you quit, or you are lazy just sit there and think for a moment of where those kind of attitudes and actions will get you in life? Will they get you out of the job that you hate so much, or bring you the millions of dollars you want so badly? The answer is no they won’t. In fact, they won’t get you anywhere close to those things.

So what you need to do right now is take some initiative and learn more. I can show you how to end the cycle of failure online. And to do that, I need you to click on this link right now and opt in to my emails. I promise you that simply from reading my emails alone you will gain so much more value then you can even comprehend right now.

How To Mask Your Affiliate Links With PHP

Posted by MatthewNeer on Jan 24, 2010 in Featured Articles, How To... | 10 comments

Top of the morning,

I’ve got a really cool treat for you today. This is by far one of the coolest tricks I’ve learned in a while and I want to share it with you so that you can enjoy it’s benefits just like I have.

We are going to be learning how to mask your affiliate links using a very simple PHP script. The process is going to turn a ugly, scary lookin’ link this:

http://www.elegantthemes.com/affiliates/idevaffiliate.php?id=2642

Into something sexy lookin’ like this:

http://matthewneer.com/elegantthemes

Now you won’t scare off potential buyers from clicking on your affiliate link and making a purchase because they can’t even tell it’s an affiliate link in the first place. This technique has been proven to dramatically increase your click through rate (CTR) and also makes you appear much more professional.

Below is the PHP script you need to copy and paste into your own PHP file.

<?php header(“Location: http://www.elegantthemes.com/affiliates/idevaffiliate.php?id=2642“) ; ?>

What you need to replace with your affiliate link I made red. Make sure you don’t alter anything in green. And make sure you leave a space between the : after location and the beginning http of your affiliate link.

I’ve also included this video tutorial that will walk you through the entire process. Watch it now, then comment and share this post.

Contagious Viral Marketing Tools

Posted by MatthewNeer on Jan 23, 2010 in Featured Articles | 1 comment

Contagious Viral Marketing Tools

What The Heck Are Viral Marketing Tools?

Viral Marketing Tools are what the pros use to promote their businesses online through a variety of different social networks. But before we define the tools lets first define Viral Marketing itself.

Viral Marketing is basically a method of marketing & advertising through social networks on the internet to increase brand awareness. In short that means your goal of viral marketing is to spread your name or products name through social media sites so that people regonize you as an everyday thing.

Like Kleenex has done. They have effectively dominated their industries niche. When you ask for a tissue, you don’t say can I have a tissue, you say can I have a Kleenex. Thus their brand has been imprinted into your mind so well that you know the product by the brand.

That is true advertising power right there my friends. And this is what Viral Marketing allows you to do. But in order to do it right, you must use the proper Viral Marketing Tools. What’s a car mechanic without the right wrench?

Viral Marketing Tools | The Right One

The problem is most people are clueless as to exactly what kind of viral marketing tools are out there, or even what marketing mediums they have available to them. So here’s the honest truth, you can use any social networking site as means for viral marketing.

And yes, some of them will be better than others. Your goal should be to figure out exactly what social networks you like the best and work the best for you. And go with them. Of course I have a few recommendations…

The Best Viral Marketing Mediums

  1. Twitter.com
  2. YouTube.com
  3. Facebook.com
  4. Digg.com
  5. EzineArticles.com
  6. HubPages.com
  7. Squidoo.com

How Viral Marketing Dominates

Once you have found your favorite Social Networks to market in. It’s time to actually find out whats possible with the right tools.

First off, let me just say this. Viral Marketing IS NOT about spamming links to affiliate products. That is 100% the WRONG way to do this. Your links must have credible information and position you as the expert of the given subject. When you do this properly people will pass on your link and further “syndicate” your content throughout the web.

Why? Simply because they liked the article, video, photo or whatever type of content it was and they feel like sharing it with others because it’s that darn good.

Can you picture that happening with an affiliate link? I’m sure it would be everyone’s dream if people would ReTweet you links like that on Twitter but in reality it just doesn’t go down like that.

Which brings me to my next point. Twitter is by far the most powerful marketing medium and tool all in one. It has the capability to market to millions in minutes as well as build valuable relationships that last a lifetime, all while sharing great and original content promoting YOUR stuff.

Things becoming clearer now?

How To Master Twitter With Tweet Deck

YouTube Preview Image

Master Marketing On The Fly

Now that you understand the power Viral Marketing holds your next logical step is to learn more about the concept itself and then take what you learn and put it into practice.

I would recommend getting on Twitter as soon as possible. As you saw from the video above, using tools like Tweet Deck in combination with a tool like the Twitter Friend Adder will allow you not only to systematically grow your Twitter following on autopilot but it will allow you to manage the thousands of new Tweople following you.

If you are spending more than 30-60 minutes in Social Media sites every single day and are not making money from them, then it’s simply because no one has showed you how yet.

Top 10 SEO Checklist For Search Engine Visability

Posted by MatthewNeer on Jan 22, 2010 in Featured Articles, SEO | 6 comments

These are some of the most common things people miss when designing a web page for SEO purposes. If you are using WordPress then most of this stuff is already created for you but still left as default values. You will need to go in and customize each of these to make sure it is displaying to the search engines exactly the way you want it to.

The following 10 elements are a checklist of things you have to make sure you use every time you build a new site. They will help you ensure you get found and indexed by all the major search engines as quick as possible.

#1 Proper Title Tags

Title tags contain the main keywords for each page of your website, which are then followed by a brief description of the content on that page. This description will be less than 65 characters (even less than twitter) so try to avoid using words like if, then, and or but and make it keyword rich.

#2 Proper Description Tags

A great description tag contains information about the website that will persuade search engine users to visit our site. Think of it as a sub heading that needs to catch the visitors attention telling them the benefit of clicking on your site.

#3 Proper Keyword Tags

Your keywords meta tag should contain roughly between 10-15 keywords or keyword phrases related to the content on your site. This is how the search engines will know what type of traffic to send you based off what people are typing in.

#4 Proper Heading Tags

Each page of your site should use at the very least an H1 heading tag which tells the search engines to examine your site that this is the title of a page.

#5 Page Content

Pages or posts if you’re a blogger should have between 300 to 800 words of descriptive content that contains the keywords associated with that page.

#6 Proper Navigation

Each page of your site should contain links to ever other page so the search engine spiders can find every page. This is absolutely critical in getting great search engine rankings. Google and the other will basically ignore you if your site contains any broken links

#7 Proper Sitemap

It’s very important to use two types of sitemaps on your website. An XML version and a static version. The XML version can be created with the Google Webmasters Tools or with a WordPress plugin and the static version should be a link on your site, typically found in the footer section that has links to every major page on your site.

#8 Controlled Crawling

It’s vital that the search engines find your robots.txt file. It what will guide spiders to the pages and directories you want crawled and indexed and also deny them access to protected areas of your website.

#9 Duplicate Content/Tags

Because search engines treat web sites as a grouping of pages and not a single entry, each page on your site must be unique otherwise you will be penalized with duplicate content and receive lower rankings. This means your tags and descriptions must differ also.

#10 Word Density

Pages should contain about 300 to 800 words of unique and descriptive content. A pages meta tag keywords should also be those that occur most frequently on the page.

Like this post? Then why don’t ya show it some love and Tweet it, Digg it, and share it.
