A Close Look @ Video Marketing – Why Video Marketing Is So Powerful
What Is Video Marketing?
First off, if you are unfamiliar with video marketing or how to get started video marketing you will want to read this. 
Video Marketing is a marketing technique used to deliver a message directly to your viewer using screencast software, powerpoint or keynote presentation, or even speaking on camera distributed through sites like YouTube, Viddler, Vimeo and many more.
This is most powerful when you speak directly into the camera as if you were looking straight into someone’s soul. (sounds a little creepy eh?)
That’s because it’s extremely effective.
We’re talking about the best possible selling medium ever devised. Video converts. Period.
Ever notice why all the big guys do launches in strictly VIDEO? Well there’s a reason for that. A lot of times you won’t even see them use a sales page AT ALL.
How To Use Video Marketing In Your Marketing
Okay, now that we know video works. How can you start benefiting from it?
Here’s how it works in a simple version…
Mix a high quality video with a little bit of SEO and an affiliate product to promote and it’s money in the bank people.
Now you might be thinking “Oh I dunno how to make good videos.” or “I hate being on camera.” or “I can never get it ‘just’ right unless I read from a script.”
GREAT! You don’t have to worry about any of that because the way I make great videos is simply by using a simple screen recording software that costs like $50 if that. I use Screen Flow for the Mac, but if you don’t have a Mac then I recommend using Camtasia. Both very affordable.
Second of all, I use either Keynote or Powerpoint to make little mini presentations to outline my talking points as a go along. Most of the time, guess what, I’M USING A SCRIPT! It’s super easy because all I have to do is glance over, get my line and then say it as the next bullet comes up in Keynote.
Don’t tell me you can’t do that?!
Plus it’s super fun. I always have a blast when I’m making videos for you.
Next, after I finish the Keynote presentation I usually go into straight into Google without any break in the video. That means I shot it in one whole take. Now you don’t HAVE to do that. And in most cases I won’t unless I’m “feelin’ it”.
But what’s really cool is that fact that I have the OPTION to do it either way I want. And you do too.
