Are You Suffering From LDD?
Whats up?
I bet you are wondering what LDD means…
Well, before I reveal exactly what LDD is I want to tell you about the symptoms you’ll start seeing before you are diagnosed with this disease.
There are actually 5 different symptoms and they usually come in order, but the scary thing is sometimes they come in a random order, thus confusing the disease holder, not knowing that they are actually infected…
Symptom #1 – Lack Of New Prospects
If you are experiencing a lack of new prospects entering your marketing funnel every single day then you may be experiencing LDD. However, this only applies to you if the new prospects coming in are less than normal, because if your new, you may not be generating any leads yet and if that is the case, you need to focus on learning how to do that. But you don’t have a symptom of LDD.
Symptom #2 – Lack Of New Sales
If you have been generating new sales online consistently for any amount of time and all of a sudden the sales just seem to stop coming in then you are definitely experiencing symptom number 2 here. And like I said, this is usually in occurrence just after symptom number one happens, but sometimes this one can actually come first. I want you to be very careful if you are already hitting step number two because LDD gets A LOT worse very quickly.
Symptom #3 – Attrition Is Above Normal
If you are not familiar with what attrition is, it’s this: When reps or members stop paying for your business or membership site. This is one of the hardest things in the world to stop from happening because people have a natural tendency to chase the next biggest thing in life, and unless there is an overall shift in human consciousness, it is always going to be that way. However, with that said this is still a symptom of LDD because when new lead and prospect flow stops, attrition starts happening and you are forced to sit there and watch as your business withers to pieces.
Symptom #4 – Spending More On Advertising Than Your Making
This is the second to last symptom of LDD, if you have experienced all 5, you are going to need some serious help. Sometimes in the online world, certain traffic generation techniques just don’t work as well as they once did. Similar to how the direct mail industry has been slowly declining. When things like that happen, all of a sudden overnight you are still spending a ton of your ad budget in one place that is no longer pulling in the same amount of leads it once did.
Symptom #5 – Feelings Of Discouragement, Remorse, And Failure
If you’ve reached this point in LDD then you have a serious problem, your business is probably experiencing a detrimental shock of stagnation. That is not good. These negative feelings are all bad if you let them take control of you. It’s very important that you keep your head above water at this point and do not let yourself bottom out into a state of depression. That is LDD at it’s worse state, and in that state you are not productive at all, you feel like your world is crashing down around you and nobody will want to work with you or join your business.
What Is LDD?
LDD is a disease only experienced within the Home Business Industry and Online Marketing industries that stands for Lead Deficit Disorder.
It is one of the least known about, yet most common elements of failure in Networking Marketing, Home Business and Internet Marketing. Time after time from talking to people I have found that a Lead Deficit Disorder is the number one cause of failure in ALL of online business.
But you’ll be happy to know that there is a cure. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. And if you pay close attention right now, you might be able to solve it for yourself right now, here’s what you do.
First step is to rid yourself of any negative thoughts and thinking whatsoever. Without that, you will never get out of your rut. It is critical that in the future as well you strive to never feel negative emotion, for it will always bring around more symptoms of Lead Deficit Disorder.
Next, once you have finally eliminated negative thinking from your life you need to pick ONE traffic generation strategy and stick with that sucker until you truly master it, then move on to the next one.
And yes, I know that sounds tedious and boring because you want to get people in your business NOW. I know how it goes, I want to do the same thing, but I am able to do that because I have taken the steps to master all the different skills of online traffic generation one by one. And while I still have a lot to learn, there are certain skills I have truly mastered that bring me in massive amounts of traffic and leads every single day.
I want you to start doing the same thing because I promise you, that if you work hard enough at one marketing technique and master it, then move onto the next you will seriously see massive results. How bad do you want it?

If you are truly serious about being successful in Network Marketing or really just anything in life you need to find the right mentor. And it doesn’t necessarily have to be a top earner or multimillionaire in your field but it does have to be someone that shares your core values and that you can easily relate with.
And most importantly, plan on compensating your mentor with money or some form of service or trade that they can utilize.
Great mentors value their time and you will have to earn your a space in that time slot. If your mentor is very accessable without you truly earning their time, it probably means that they are not very successful. You see, great mentors know that the person they are taking under their wing should have to pay some form of price to earn their time and their mentorship, whether it’s their money or their time.
Show them that you want it more than anyone else, and you will get it. Because trust me, you are not an exception even if you think you should be.
You will need to be very coachable and very flexible to accommodate your mentors needs and time constraints. Sometimes people have to reschedule and rethink their available time slots. Also, your mentor will not be perfect so don’t count on them to know the answers to everything you ask.However, do take risks on the things your mentor suggests but also use your own best judgment to make sure it follows your intended path.
If your mentor is getting the kind of results you want then the most important thing you can do is mimic your mentors habits or your mentors communications skills, or both. Your not just buying the tips and guidance with your mentor but the experience. The experience that your mentor has to offer you.
Don’t be shy, ask your mentor to completely honest with you and to tell you what they think your strengths and weaknesses are. Sometimes its really hard for you to see them for yourself, or maybe you’re just scared to…
Never argue with your mentor, that’s a big no-no, even if you know for a fact that they are wrong just accept their point of view, learn what you can and move on to the next topic.
This is an interesting trick to experiment with, ask others who their mentors were. It’s a very revealing question. In my experience, it’s the people who can name their mentor or mentors instantly without any hesitation that have been the most successful and well rounded entrepreneurs. You need to be someone that can answers that question quickly.
When you are being mentored by someone great people will soon be coming to you seeking out your mentorship, that’s how you know they are a great mentor and are choosing the right person to learn from.

Man, I know if you’re like me that was almost painful to read and I’m almost sorry that I put you through that but I felt like you needed to hear EXACTLY how to NOT market your opportunity.

How To Make Money If You’re New
It’s interesting how more and more people have been contacting me about what I do online the more and more success I start having.
I actually just spent a few hours at an old friends house teaching him how to make money online. Or how to take the first few steps at least.
And to be honest, I really have such a deep passion for teaching people how to do this stuff. But not just anyone, I only teach people who can smell the stench of freedom. If I can smell it on you that bad then I will actually teach you everything for free simply because I know exactly how it was when I was first getting started and everyone wanted to charge me like 2K for a coaching session.
I think that paying money for that stuff when you first start is kind of a waste because you don’t even know what you want to do yet or what kind of niches you want to get involved in. (unless you know Scott Hoffman, tell him I sent ya, he’ll hook ya up) What you really need is someone who can guide you and bring out your passions in life and then help bring them out and make money talking about them.

This guy actually didn’t have very much knowledge about Internet Marketing but he had more than I expected. He knew about advertising on Google and that people make a lot of money selling adspace on their websites, which is actually a big step ahead of the rest.
What I really wanted to do with him is talk about basic list building strategies and affiliate marketing. Because I think that is the easiest and fastest way to start making money online. So I showed him Clickbank. The best place to find products to promote online.
Then once I explained some basic list building strategies to him and showed him how easy it was to create your affiliate link in Clickbank and promote we talked about some marketing strategies.
And this guy is a broke college kid, like I was, and didn’t really have an advertising budget so we talked about free marketing strategies like Social Media sites like Twitter and Facebook.While great techniques, for complete newbies I think the EASIEST way is to get involved with Forum Marketing.
Forum Marketing is unique because all you have to do is pop your affiliate link in your signature file and then start adding posts. The idea here is to really engage people and lead with great value and great content. Really offer people something and they will be curious enough to click on your link.
Then you simply just link out to an affiliate product via Clickbank or whatever you are trying to offer and people will buy from you. In the end, its really all about traffic. The more traffic you drive the more chances you are going to have for people to buy and the more money you are going to make when more of them do decide to purchase through you link.

In fact, this is viral marketing at it’s best. And since John knows that he is going to generate some affiliate commissions from the ebook his is prepared to sell it at the discounted rate of $50 where he would have normally charged double that. Everybody wins.

We are going to be using PPC to do this. Here’s how it works.
You want to create keyword campaigns within The 7 Figure Networker System that goes after all of your competing companies. For example, if your in MonaVie then you will want to go after competing juice companies.

Stacking The Cool
First off, what is “Stacking The Cool”? And how do you do it?
Stacking The Cool was a term coined by Mr. Frank Kern himself and he uses it when he refers to adding mouth watering bonuses to a product launch that people tend to want more than the product itself.
For example, in Frank’s last product launch called List Control he has many affiliates who really stacked the cool big time. Andy Jenkins probably had the best bonus of all time in my opinion. He gave away his personal product launch creator and manager called Kajabi.

Video Marketing is single best way to get massive exposure for your business online. Only problem is that many people have a phobia of getting their mug on video. That’s why I am creating three tips that will help you eliminate that fear and get your butt on camera ASAP.
Video Marketing Tip #1 – Create A Slide Show
With tools like PowerPoint and Keynote that come standard with every Mac or PC you buy you have the tools at your disposal to make an extremely high quality video presentation without ever showing your face on camera. You will however need to use your voice. The idea here is to create a slide show with bullet points and visually pleasing graphics that keep your viewers hooked.
Video Marketing Tip #1 – Create A Screen Capture
With tools like Camtasia for the PC and Mac you can easy record your computer screen to demonstrate how to do something cool to your viewers. I use this technique all the time when I want to do a video walkthrough of setting up a WordPress blog or maybe a GoDaddy FTP tutorial. Whichever the case make this a must have tool in your arsenal.
Video Marketing Tip #3 – Actually Get Your Butt On Camera
At some point, no matter how good you are on screen capture or Keynote your viewers will eventually want to see your face. So basically you should use the first two techniques as a way of getting use to being on video then once you feel really comfortable you can expand into putting your mug on screen.
However, there are a few techniques you can use to make actually being on camera less scary and more entertaining than just a talking head. For example, you can focus on doing one quick sentence with a lot of oomph and then do another one following the flow of the previous consecutively. Then once you film them all you can simply just link them all together into one and now you’ve got a great looking video that will hold your viewers attention.

How To Add A Facebook Banner Ad In 5 Minutes
This is actually a follow up post to a video I did awhile ago showing you how to add an opt in box to your Facebook Profile. This was a hot video and many people loved the content and the techniques I showed you how to do. However, after doing some serious split testing I have found that Facebook Opt-in Boxes don’t convert very well at all. Period.
I have found that banner ads convert WAY better and get A TON more clicks than opt-in boxes on Social Media sites. Bottom line is that people just don’t like to “sold” something on social media websites. They are a place for being social, not for selling.
